Every engagement starts here. The purpose of this phase is to just align our energies and for me to connect to your work. I’ll experience, absorb, and integrate your offering, just as any other student would.

Can I take one of your classes, experience your bodywork, or join a workshop? What part of your work do you need an outside opinion on most? This quickly sets the stage for our partnership with fresh eyes and full context.

MIRROR

Receive reflection + clarity.

This is typically a 1-month intensive partnership. We’ll not only identify the areas for growth in your positioning, messaging, offerings, and marketing strategy—but we’ll actively solve the highest priorities together over about 4 weeks. At the end of this phase, I’ll offer you a roadmap for how where I believe you need to invest in your business next, whether you choose to take the advice and run with it yourself or if we establish a consistent Pulse phase together.

Included in this phase:

  • In-depth, written reflection on student experience and how to position your most potent gifts

  • Recommendations for improvements to your student experience and focus areas for your marketing + growth strategies

  • 4 collaborative work sessions. We’ll grind out the first month of work together.

  • Phone or email support between sessions

  • 10 hours of async execution work, making progress on priorities identified in working sessions

  • Growth roadmap: clarify your vision and next priorities whether you do it solo or we partner

PULSE

Consistent support for growth.

This is where the real, consistent growth engine begins. This is where I hold you accountable for the business you want to build. You now have weekly marketing support to execute your business vision and the next level of growth. You’ll feel your focus come back in your healing business, your students and customers feel more resonant with your ideal, and your expansion begin. I’ll become your right-hand for strategic marketing work.

  • Weekly collaborative working sessions—or monthly, depending on your vision + budget

  • Phone or email support between sessions

  • 8-10 hours of async execution work, making progress on priorities identified in working sessions

  • Monthly reflections and revisions to your growth roadmap: we’re always working together toward the next level of your business.

  • Reserved resources: you now have a fractional marketing partner to free up your energy and headspace
